Vera McCraw is one of the directors of Oasis and she brings over 20 years of dining experience with her.  Vera personally selects all ingredients for the menu items and with the help of her Chefs which have world wide culinary expertise including influences from Europe and Latin America.  Together, they create menu items that are unique and of the highest quality.
